We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2019, at the age of 76, Joe Powell (Wadsworth, Ohio), born in Spencer, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joe Powell to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Powell and Goldie Powell (Lockney); and his siblings, John, Jerry Powell and Margaret Tyson.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Powell (McKinney); his son Joseph L. Powell (Bobbi) of Wadsworth, OH; and his siblings, Ralph (Barbara) of Spencer, WV and Ruthann Thompson of Parkersburg, WV. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Pride of Highland Marching Band, with Alumni band in the re: line at 4150 Ridge Road, Medina, OH 44256.
