He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Baker and Elva Baker. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Edna Deitch; his children, Katherine, Stephen (Deanna), Loretta Mazzucco (Frank), David and Robert (Kerri); and his siblings, Lucille, Louise, John, Jim and Lynn. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in Jerry's memory to Mt. Zwingli United Church of Christ, 2172 S. Medina Line Rd, Wadsworth OH 44281.
