She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Collins and Mary Collins (Bramlett); her husband Gene Blubaugh; her brother Don Collins; her siblings-in-law, Dennis Blubaugh and Theresa Blubaugh; her in-laws, Charles and Sue Blubaugh; her great-nephew Mason Lego; and her yorkie Taz.
She is survived by: her sons, Adam (Christie) and Andrew Blubaugh (Melissa); her grandchildren, Taylor, Wyatt, Jack and Gabe Blubaugh; her brothers, Jim Collins (Barb) and David Collins; and her in-laws, Denise Perry, Duane Blubaugh (Melanie), Brenda Lego, Roger Blubaugh (Pam) and Cindy Hickman (Tim). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
