She was predeceased by: her husband Donavon; and her siblings, William, Annabelle, Joan and Carolyn.
She is survived by: her stepson Terry Phillips; her siblings, John Holb (Sally), Robert Holb (Marilyn), Marie Ricks (John), Kathleen Turner (Don) and Janet Holbert (Dallas); and her niece Carol Balog. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews.
