He is survived by: his wife Iris Eviston (Dockus); his daughter Cindi Bales (Jerry); and his stepchildren, Daryl Dockus (Kimberly), Scott Dockus and Kara Gustafsson (Henrik). He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
