He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Jane (Huth) and Russell C. Brogan Sr. of Wadsworth; his wife Mary M. Brogan (Miller); his stepdaughter Tonya Lynn Miller; his nephew Timothy Brogan; his sister-in-law Nancy Brogan (Overfield); and his brother Daniel Brogan (James Decker).
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Esterle; his son-in-law Kevin Esterle of Norton; and his siblings, Russell Brogan Jr. of Leesburg and Sue Brogan. He is also survived by brothers, lifelong coworkers, and very close friends.
Because of the Covid-19 pandemic a service will take place by the family at a later date.
