He is survived by: his wife Patricia Nice Chapline; his children, Ruth (Frank), Pam (Roger), Paul, Annette, Claudia and Phillip; and his sisters-in-law, Jackie (Jerry) and Jeanne (John). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren whom he loved; many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to the Church of their choice.
