He was predeceased by: his parents, George N. Halliwell and MaryJane Halliwell; his son Jeffrey C. Halliwell; and his daughter-in-law Signe Halliwell. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, James R. Halliwell (Guixiang) and Stephanie Ebner (David); his daughter-in-law Stephanie Halliwell; his grandchildren, Jeffrey C. Halliwell, Benton G. Halliwell, Elizabeth Thompson (Jacob), Ronald Brogan (Tracy) and Logan J. Halliwell; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Hadley and Levi Thompson; his siblings, Patricia Dye (Jake), Jean Brady, Nora Kathleen Detwiler and Karen Jacobs; his uncle James; and his aunt Ann Stronz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in George's name to Summa Hospice, 141 N. Forge St. Akron, OH 44304.
