She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson West and Letha West (Carr); her husband Frank J. Matulevicus; her son-in-law Donald Phillips; her brother Kenneth West (Lou); and her brother-in-law Walter Brantner.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Bosonetta (David), Beth Phillips, Judy Matulevicus and Mark Matulevicus (Debby); and her sister Lillian Redmond (Don). She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
