He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Hickernell and Marcella Hickernell; and his sisters, Linda, Louise and Patti.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth; and his children, Robin Turner (Dan), Rachel Weekley (Doug) and Stephen (Nikki). He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
