He was predeceased by: his wife Leona; his parents, Joshua and Dora; his grandson David; his daughter-in-law Julie; and his siblings, Ulisses, Marvin, Lloyd, Robert and Gladys Roth.
He is survived by: his children, Dale, Diane Maynard (Al Soles) and Dane; his grandchildren, Dale II, Bridgette Honeck (David) and Justin; and his close friend Tom Collier.
