He is survived by: his friend Lilli (James Bales); his siblings, Lois Spence (Paul) of Toronto, OH, Larry Swickard (Rita) of Toronto and John Swickard (Betty) of Stratton; his aunt Jean Swickard of Toronto; and his sister Lillie Bale (James). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
