Durk Eckenrode Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Durk Eckenrode (Wadsworth, Ohio), who passed away on July 17, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James Eckenrode; and his sister Vanessa Roach. He is survived by: his mother Elodie Eckenrode (Verstrate); his wife Wendy Eckenrode (Grau); his daughter Kara Blackwell (Jason); his granddaughters, Myah of Greer, SC and Kimber of Greer, SC; his son Kevin (Alice) of Charlotte, NC.; his siblings, Timothy (Chris), Mark (Debbie), Matthew, Mike (Denise) and Lisa Tidwell; his brother-in-law Michael Grau; his parents-in-law, Richard and Evelyn Grau; and his sister-in-law Jennifer Simkanin (David). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many wonderful friends.
