She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Hafely and Frances Hafely (Frei); and her siblings, Grant, Arthur Hafely and Grace Reithmiller.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Linda George of Durham, NC, Kathie Engler (Robert) of Wadsworth, Kent Kaufman (Debbie) of Wadsworth and Karen Smith (George) of Wadsworth; her grandchildren, Maria MacKay (Andy) of Wadsworth, Michelle Allen (Ethan) of Wooster, Joshua Engler (Jennifer) of Wadsworth and Laura Smith of Wadsworth; and her great grandchildren, Kathryn Billings, Samuel Billings and Willow Allen.
