He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Jeffrey and Geneva Parsons; his stepfather Joe Parsons; his stepbrother Jim Ellis; and his sister-in-law Karen Jeffrey.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ron Jeffrey, Emma Sheeler (John), Janet Keith, Donna McHenry (Steve), David Jeffrey, Jody Parsons (Brenda), Ron Parsons (Rhonda) and Karen Walters; and his sister-in-law Sharon Ellis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
