We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2023, at the age of 63, Constance Cisar (Wadsworth, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Wagner (Eiler) and William "Art" Wagner; and her granddaughter Evelyn. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughters, Janelle Wertz (Kris) and Kelly Loucks (Frank); her grandchildren, Kohyn, Kasen Wertz, Kyler and James Loucks; her siblings, Kim (late Terry) and Ray Wagner (Sue); and her pet Breaker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
