He was predeceased by: his father Clyde; and his brothers, David and Darwin. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Kelly Passmore (Terry, Sr.), Clifford, Jr. (Athena) and Wesley (Andrea); his mother Virginia Miller; his siblings, Steve Miller (Linda), Louise Wiley (Jerry) and Pam Hyder (Ben); and his grandchildren, Terry, Jr., Sara, Joshua Passmore, Hailey Miller and Aleta Miller. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
