He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Cindi Samic (Ron), Mike Koval (late Sue), Lori Koval Cardina (Ken), Julie Matheny (Douglas) and Jeff Koval (Judith); his grandchildren, Josh Samic (Jennifer), Julie Perrin (Ryan), Jenna Samic, Haley Barkley (Brandon), Tony Matheny (Mary), Jeremy Koval-Stults (Andrea) and Steven Cardina; and his great grandchildren, Ashley Samic, Hunter Samic, Thomas Bice, Haylee Bice, Jaxon Perrin, Lennox Perrin, Bexlee Samic, Daxton Case and Rose Matheny.
