Charles Fortney Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2018, at the age of 1, Charles Fortney (Wadsworth, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Mike and Anne; his siblings, Grace and Max; his grandparents, Mike Fortney, Nancy Fortney, Jay Gardner and Connie Gardner; his cousins, Trav, Laurie, Pearle, Adam, Sara, Madelyn, Aiden, Joe, Lisa, Henry, Miles, Sam, Candice, John and Will; and his child Spina Bifida. He is also survived by his Aunts, Uncles.
