He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Chuck" Davis. He is survived by: his wife Teri Davis; his children, Amy Mellon and Adam Davis (Tonya); his grandchildren, Macy, Kaden, Kolten Mellon, Braxton and Bayden Davis; his mother Willie Davis; his sister Faye Nieder; and his niece Shelley Nieder. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
