He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Buckingham and Mabel Buckingham (Bellomy); and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Buckingham (Milici); his children, Carl Dean Buckingham, Cindy Buckingham (Terry Estep) of Creston, Tim, Jill E. Buckingham of Sterling, Terry, Matt and Michelle Buckingham (Gary) of Sterling; and his siblings, Jerry (Jean Buckingham) and Jayne (Roy Scheitler). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren.
