He was predeceased by: his daughter Leslie Howard (Jason); and his grandchildren, Cody Hines and Lexi Howard. He is survived by: his wife Sherry McCanna; his children, Shane Hines (Krissy), Mandi Howard (Alan Cottrill) and Brandon Hines (Christy); and his siblings, Holly Mennser (Ron), Kim McCanna and Bryan McCanna (Paula). He is also survived by many grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
