She is survived by: her children, Dennis Blake of Wadsworth, David Blake of Wadsworth, Pam Yoder (Timothy) of Creston, Jerry Blake (Chrissy) of Wadsworth and Kathy Loughry (Don) of Wadsworth; and her siblings, Bob DeLong (Cindy) of Wadsworth, Richard DeLong of Wadsworth and Ella Mae Shaw of Orrville. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
