He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Arnold, Jr. and Helen Arnold (Schlayer); and his siblings, Allen, Laura Jean and Marjorie.
He is survived by: his children, Scott (Phyllis), Cheryl (Bob) and Eric (Natalie); and his brothers, Howard, Ed and Dale. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
