She is survived by : her daughter Tracy Oswalt (Scott); her granddaughter Barbara Horkey (Dustin); her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Ava and Austin Horkey; her brothers, Terry Kovarik (Shirley) and Clarence Kovarik; and her nieces, Kelly Kusemamuriwo and Nikki Danko (Scott); and her great nephews Tristan Chappell and Quinton Brady.
