She was predeceased by: her husband Don; her parents, Fred Collins and Fannie Collins; and her siblings, Ed, Fred Jr. and Vanessa.

She is survived by: her daughter Susan; her granddaughter Mary Spitalari (Mark); her adoptive son David Hines (Debbie); and her friend Brenda.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army of Wadsworth, Ohio.
