She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Raymond Hale and Annette Steele Powell; her siblings, Paul Hale Jr. (KY) and Sharon Smith (MI); her daughter-in-law Carla Taylor (OH); her sister Jan Taylor of Ypsilanti, Michigan; her children, Moneka Pepper Pope (Eddie Clagg), Terry (Danielle Hale), George (Alicia Taylor), Kevin Taylor of Vinton and Raymond Ray (Debbie Pope); and her stepchildren, Archie and Ora Mae Marcum. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
