Bartley of Vinton, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on April 14, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Roger and Cynthia Bartley (Griffiths). He is survived by: his children, Joseph S. Bartley and Chelsee Travierso; his grandchildren, Charles Bartley, Karsen Newton, Isabella Phillips and Jonathan Travierso; and his siblings, Cathy Mathias, Lorri Wright and Craig Bartley.
