He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Maynard and Fannie Marcum Maynard; and his brother Sammy Maynard. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Maynard (Connie Hagen), C. J. Maynard (Stella), Michael Maynard (Angela McGlone) and Shelby Seitz; and his siblings, Cecil Maynard, Jr. (Debbie), Shelba Wickline, Catherine Conkel (Ron), Julie Murphy and Sandra Kay Oberholzer (Scott). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
