We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Louise McCoy of Vinton, Ohio, born in Page, West Virginia. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Wills and Birdie M. Kirk Wills; her husband Joseph P. McCoy, Jr.; and her siblings, David Wills and Faye Thompson.
She is survived by: her sister Stella Summers of Charleston; her niece Tammy Wickline (Ryan) of Vinton; her nephews, Dimitri Koenig (Frances) of Columbiana and Davy Wills (Lora) of Gallipolis; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Wills of Gallipolis. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Those in attendance are asked to follow CDC guidelines and Ohio mandates of practicing social distancing and wearing face masks.
