Cline, Sr. of Gallipolis; his wife Moriah Cline of Vinton; his daughter Emma Cline of Vinton; his brother Chris Cline (Christy Clagg) of Gallipolis; his nieces, Bailey Cline and Allie Clagg; his great-niece Tatum Clagg; his grandmother Miriam Jean Johnson of Gallipolis; his grandparents-in-law, Marilyn and Kenneth Halfhill of Bidwell, Ohio; his mother-in-law Barbara Stover of Florida; and his friends, Daniel Boggs and David Stover. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
