He is survived by: his pet Tom; his children, Harold Wayne Smathers (Cinnamon), Charles Bruce Smathers (Karissa) and Tootsie; his grandchildren, Lil Harry Milton Smathers, Kristin Marie Smathers, Levi Kropf, Jake Smathers, Blake Smathers, Dillion Smathers, Dustin Smathers and Logan Rocchi; his great grandchildren, Gracelynn Kropf, Lilly-Ann Smathers, Cadence Smathers and Hunter Smathers; and also Debra Smith.
