He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Dotson and Lola Lou Conn (Jeff); and his sister Lola Leann Chapman. He is survived by: his girlfriend Cassie Harrison; his sister Crystal Dawn Burgess (Tony); his half-siblings, Amanda Dotson, Erica Wolford, Nikki Edwards and Johnny Dotson of Kentucky; and his nephews, Dakota Burgess (Tia) and Christopher Burgess (Jade).
