He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dunlap and Neta Turner Dunlap; his former wife Nellie Myers Dunlap; and his son-in-law Brian Arthurs. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Joy Bishop Dunlap of Vinton; his children, Betty Stickler (David) of Bidwell, Loretta Arthurs of Gallipolis, Ohio, Earl F. Dunlap, Jr. (Kathy) of Gallipolis and Carl E. Dunlap of Gallipolis; and his brothers, Charles Danny Dunlap (Ruth) of Gallipolis Ferry and Harold Dunlap of West Virginia. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren.
