He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Keeton and Alice Keeton (Snyder); and his brother Charles Keeton. He is survived by: his wife Loretta McCoy Keeton; his children, Donald "D. R." Keeton (Elizabeth) and Angela Lim (Jason); his grandchildren, Victoria Angles, Robert Keeton, Natalya Lim, Teslyn Lim and Dalton Keeton; his siblings, Vivian Griffith and Casey Conley (Cricket); his siblings-in-law, Lauchey McCoy (Pauline), Lawson McCoy (Carolyn) and Loraine Kiser (Kenneth); and his mother-in-law Myrtle McCoy.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vinton Baptist Church (11818 OH-160, Vinton, OH 45686). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the Vinton Memorial Park (3363 Alice Rd, Vinton, OH 45686).
