He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence and Helen Todd, Sr. (Seagraves). He is survived by: his stepdaughter Mary Elizabeth Tobin (James); his grandsons, Nick and John Tobin; and his siblings, Clarence Todd, Jr. of Vinton, Ohio, Charles Richard Todd of Vinton, Ohio, Judi Schutte (William), Julia Culp (Richard) and Peggy Caldwell (Raymond). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
