He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith Pelfrey; his children, Ginger Pelfrey of Winchester, Virginia, Bret Pelfrey of Strausburg, Virginia, Matthew Pelfrey (Lyndsay) of Vinton, Nacoma Webb (Jeremy) of Catlettsburg, Kentucky and Celia Wells of Winchester, Virginia; and his siblings, David Pelfrey (Ruby) of Vinton, Bill Pelfrey of Michigan, Roger Pelfrey of Michigan, Johnny Pelfrey (Sheree) of Bidwell, Beverly Smith of Gallipolis and Pamela Smith (David) of Canada. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
