He is survived by: his parents, Edward Earl Finney (Tisha) of Canton, NC and Blenda Wyatt of Waynesville, NC.; his children, Brylee, McKenzie, Kylee, Silas, Coleman, McKenna and Lillyanna (Jennifer "Jenny" Pierce); his stepchildren, Austin Adkins and Skylar Adkins; his siblings, Charissa Finney of Waynesville, Brittany Dodd of New Hampshire and Anthny Finney of Waynesville, NC; his stepfather Allen Noble of Gallipolis, His; his grandmother Betty Wyatt of Waynesville, NC; his sisters-in-law, Kimmy Moore and Cassie Pierce; and his aunt Linda. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
