He was predeceased by: his mother Pauletta Joye Donahoe Phillips. He is survived by: his father Robert Lin Phillips; his children, Macie Lynn Phillips, Jacob Brenton Phillips and Kinly Grace Phillips; his sisters, Joye Lin Adkins (Larry), Bobbi Rachelle Anderson (Curt) and Amanda Gail McCormick (Jeff); and his close friend Jayne "Buttons" Campbell. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
