He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Perkins and Mary Jane Birchfield Perkins; his daughter Brianne Marshall; his great grandchild Kayden; and his siblings, Bill, Jim Perkins, Susie Wagoner and Sharon Burdette.
He is survived by: his wife Ginny Perkins (Virginia); his daughter Crystal Walters of Belpre; his grandchildren, Kurtis, Tara, Cheyenne, Haley, Nick, Devan and Steven; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Nevaeh, Haisley, Oaklenn, Colton, Maddie and Kinsley; and his brother Danny Perkins of Virginia Beach, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre to assist with final expenses.
