She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Dean and Lorena Place Atkinson; her husband Harry Don Williams Sr.; her daughter Shirley Johnson; her siblings, John Atkinson (Libby) and Rosemary Alvis (Bob); her brothers-in-law, Bill Hunter and Bill Copeland; her daughter-in-law Kathi Williams; and her great grandchild Tyler "Boo" Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Malone of Belpre, Raymond Williams (Regina) of Vincent, Harry Williams Jr (Tina), Tuppers Plains, Joe Williams (Debbie) of Vincent, Chris Mayo (Jim) of Vincent and Jason Williams (Melinda) of Vincent; and her sisters, Elsie Hunter, Kathy Young and Sharon Copeland. She is also survived by grandchildren, several great and great great grandchildren.
