He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Shirley and Elnora Margaret Sloter Way; his grandparents, Sherman and Isabelle Sloter; and his sisters, Ruth Elder (Ben) and Deloris Johnson (Allen).
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Gearhart, Sherry Schofield and Jeremy Way (Maurita); and his sister Joyce Radabaugh.
