It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Norris (Vincent, Ohio), born in Chesterhill, Ohio, who passed away on January 16, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Donald Norris and Shirley Mayle; and her half-brother Steven Rush. She is survived by: her siblings, Gerald Norris of Belpre, Robert Dale Dalton of Chesterhill and Judy Mayle of Bartlett; her half-brothers, Larry of Chesterhill, Gary of Chesterhill, Joey of Chesterhill and Ryan Rush of Chesterhill; and her stepsister Tret Norris of Chesterhill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
