He was predeceased by: his father Woodrow Winters. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Sephfus Winters; his children, Aaron Winters (Tara) of Marietta, Adam Winters (Abigail) of Beaufort, SC, Alex Winters (Autumn) of Cutler and Autumn Bratke (Patrick) of Vincent; and his sisters, Linda Clary of Longview, WA, Susan Mayle of Cutler, Margaret Mayle of Cutler, Sally Drake of Little Hocking and Ester Sargent of Waterford. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
