He is survived by: his children, Jeff Elder (Jeanne) of Sacramento, CA, Terri Reusser of Vincent, Mark Elder (Debbie) of Vincent and Julie Fries (Steve) of Vincent; his grandchildren, Matt, Mike (Kelly), Josh, Jonathan Elder, Valerie Carr (Shawn), Andrea Reusser, Erick Reusser (Natalie), Stephen Elder (Rhonda), Stephanie Mull (Marlin), Danielle Fries and Adam Fries (Herci); his sisters, Sue Buck of Belpre and Karen Allen of Tennessee; and his sister-in-law Ruth Elder of Vincent.
