She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Thompson and Elsie Uretta Bohl Welch; her sister Ellen Reynolds; her nephew David Reynolds; her great-nephew Dally Reynolds; and her brothers-in-law, Parker McAfee and Alan Harris.
She is survived by: her husband Mark E. Burnfield; her sisters, Janet Adams (Eddy) and Donna McAfee Harris; and her nieces and nephews, Don McAfee (Jamie), Dwayne McAfee (Angie), Jenny Rauch (Brian), Doug Adams (Sherry), Danny Reynolds (Tammy) and Debbie Snider.
