It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Heaps of Vienna, Ohio, who passed away on January 22, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Robert's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Robert has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Heaps and Elizabeth D. Heaps (Jones); and his sister Carol O'Rourke. He is survived by: his wife Sally K. Heaps (Reeves); his children, Barbara Jo Cooper of Kent, Ohio and Brenan Reeves Heaps of Doylestown, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kloe Elizabeth Cooper, Connor Davidson Heaps and Carson Reeves Heaps; and his sister Karen Heaps of Hubbard, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews; and many friends.
