He was predeceased by: his siblings, Glenna, Anna, Betty, Joseph, Charles, Ernie, Paul, Artis, Adura, Gladys and Danny.

He is survived by: his sons, Randy Whitlatch (Lisa) of Belpre and Scott Whitlatch (Amanda) of Vienna; and his grandchildren, Dale, Maryann, Jacob, Anthony, Jr., Benjamin and Dylan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
