She is survived by: her children, Joe H. Lantz Jr. Mineral Wells (Charlotte), Steven M. Lantz of Parkersburg, Michael Lantz of Parkersburg and Cindy Westbrook (Larry) of Harrisville; her grandchildren, Dr. Joseph Lantz (Brandi), Ethan Lantz, Jeffrey Lantz, Dr. Arica Montgomery (Evan), Whitney Lantz, Mindy Gunter (Mark), Jessica Emrick (Greg) and Eric Westbrook (Jennifer); and her close friend Alex. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
