He is survived by: his parents, Vernon Allen and Sue Yates; his wife Julie Allen (Flanagan); his children, Madelyn Allen and Ethan Allen; his brothers, Justen Allen (Courtney Cremeans) of Parkersburg, Timothy Yates of Vienna, Kevin Flanagan and Diane Flanagan of Parkersburg; his sister-in-law Rachel Vuksic (Michael) of Devola, OH; and his nephews, Gage Allen and Waylon Yates.

Memorial donations may be made to the family in lieu of flowers, to help with the cost of the funeral.
